Corporate Partner Benefits & Application

Generosity and support from Corporate Partners has been beneficial both to the success of NAWBO and to our Corporate Partners. Our Corporate Partner contributions have enabled NAWBO to work in the community, as well as to educate, motivate, and empower women business owners. Corporate Partners benefit from sponsoring NAWBO by receiving business from our members, having access to certified women business owners to offer them procurement opportunities, and using the political clout of NAWBO to help influence favorable legislation. For your $2500 Corporate Partner dues you will receive:

• Recognition as a Corporate Partner when attending dinner meetings.
• Acknowledgement on the NAWBO-OC web site, including a logo on the Corporate Partner page linked to a separate company page constructed just for you, or directly to your web site; and a detailed listing on the Corporate Partner sub-page.
• A regular member listing for your NAWBO contact person.
• Opportunity to purchase a banner ad on the NAWBO-OC web site at member prices, with a link to your web site or your company page.
• Opportunity to communicate with NAWBO members via the chapter web site by submitting news for the Corporate Partner news page, business opportunities, wants and needs, etc. (no ads please)
• Display of your company information at NAWBO-OC meetings (table set up in registration area for NAWBO members to place company information).
• Once per membership year, one set of NAWBO-OC membership mailing labels is available to you upon request.
• Attendance at all NAWBO-OC meetings and events at member cost.
• Pre-public notice of opportunities for event sponsorships.
• Receive a name badge recognizing your partnership for two representatives.
• Opportunity to host members-only events at your location.
• Opportunity to a sponsor dinner meeting at a cost of $1000, which gives you the opportunity to:
  o Put your company information at every seat.
  o Display your company information at a dedicated display table.
  o Be recognized in the meeting flyer as the dinner sponsor.
  o Talk about your company for 5 minutes at the podium.

Membership dues are nonrefundable and are billed annually on the anniversary date of acceptance. Pursuant to the Revenue Act of 1987, we are required to advise you that your association dues are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. However, your dues may be deductible as a business expense to the same extent as permitted under law. In compliance with Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1993, it is estimated that 1% of the payment is nondeductible as a business expense. The NAWBO-OC Board of Directors is entitled to review and accept or reject all membership applications for NAWBO-OC. I hereby apply for membership in the National Association of Women Business Owners. When accepted, I will be entitled to all membership privileges, services, and benefits, and will support NAWBO activities. By submitting this application I agree to be bound by the bylaws of NAWBO-OC, a copy of which will be provided on request.
