- Only members can showcase at a monthly meeting and are expected to
pay for and attend the dinner meeting that night.
- Only six 6-foot tables are available for showcases.
- If a member has already showcased at a previous meeting, a non-showcased
member has the first option to showcase at the next meeting.
- No-shows will be billed and will be treated as a previous
showcaser.
- Though efforts will be made not to duplicate business categories,
if it becomes necessary to fill the tables duplication may occur.
- A member who has never showcased will have precedence over someone
who has already showcased, regardless of RSVP date.
- Only one business can be showcased for $75.
- NAWBO-OC will not be responsible for loss or damage of Showcaser's materials or equipment.
- Must be set up by 5:30, staff booth until 6:30 and remove marketing
materials after the meeting.
- 6' white draped table provided for one member business.
- Positions at six tables will be "first
come, first served."
- We encourage you to donate items to the opportunity drawings for the evening event to further showcase your business. The Program Director MUST be notified ahead of time if you wish to contribute a gift.

PROMOTION
Besides exhibit space, showcasers will be
announced during the meeting and pictures will appear on the website.
